RVTR is an innovative Toronto-based practice that combines architecture, urban, and landscape design with intensive, collaborative, research-based strategic thinking.  RVTR directors Colin Ripley, Kathy Velikov, Geoff Thun and Paul Raff bring to any design project – from the scale of a small house to that of a large city, or indeed larger. – a recognized focus in sustainable design; significant experience in the design and construction of large-scale groundbreaking sustainable buildings; well-developed research networks; the ability to think and act globally; and a record of and commitment to collaborative design methods.  At RVTR we believe that we must all change the way we think about the built environment in order to thrive in the coming decades.
